About Dr. Kate FitzPatrick:
Dr. Kate FitzPatrick, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, FAONL, is the EVP/Connelly Foundation Chief Nurse Executive Officer for Jefferson Health and a Professor and Associate Dean for Nursing Academic Partnerships & Innovation at Jefferson College of Nursing. A leader known for innovation, advocacy, and compassion, Kate is a fellow of both the American Academy of Nursing and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders. She’s also a Magnet Program Appraiser and advisor to national nursing fellowships.
