Rose L. Horton, MSM, RNC-OB, NEA-BC, FAAN is the Founder & CEO of Not On My Watch Consulting Partners, a firm she launched after coining the now-renowned hashtag #NotOnMyWatch. A transformational nurse leader, Rose inspires healthcare teams to tackle disparities in maternal health outcomes and reclaim joy and purpose in their work. She is the 2025 President of the Association of Women’s Health Obstetrics & Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and serves as Executive Director of Maternal Health for Huggies Healthcare.
