Bio

Workplace Conflict Expert Bonnie Artman Fox, MS, LMFT, believes magic happens when people have the courage to talk about what’s “really” going on in the workplace.

Drawing from decades of experience as a psychiatric nurse and licensed family therapist, Bonnie works with executive leaders and team managers who want to stop divisive behaviors, resolve conflict, and build the team trust needed to create healthy work cultures that drive results. As an accredited leadership coach, she specializes in coaching leaders to recognize blind spots and replace abrasive
behaviors with emotional intelligence skills.

Bonnie has been part of the Healthy Workforce Institute faculty since 2018. She is the 2020-22 co-president of the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Speakers Association. Her best-selling book How Did My Family Get In My Office?! has been endorsed by Patrick Lencioni, pioneer of the organizational health movement. She is known as a thought-provoking communicator who helps her audiences get from where they are to where they want to be, so they show up every day as their best.
